I am a 20-something doctor, who is trying her hand at container gardening in a Mumbai suburb. I have successfully killed plants for more than 2 decades, regardless of their type.
I don't possess any special power, yet I have managed the abovesaid feat. (Take a bow, mere mortals!)

I have tried to read a few books on gardening, also tried online resources (have to be tech-savvy to grow plants. such irony..sigh!), but most of the data available online is either for cold weather or northern India weather. There are almost no resources for plants growing in warmer southern climates of India in humid weather. So I decided the best way to learn would be to keep failing until I succeed in turning my brown thumb into a green one! I am sure this journey is gonna be a remarkable one, with lots of information, heaps of learning and a lot of failures.

I plan to jot down things I learn about plants from reading, observing and trying.
